A lovely, homely and immaculate cottage. Very comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen, everything you needed for a week's holiday. Well positioned for all the beaches and activities in the Rock/Polzeath. Great communication from Debs. And a lovely welcome pack, which was much appreciated. Would book again.

We had a fantastic time at Debs cottage. Everything was communicated perfectly from the day we booked until the day
we arrived. We had the great surprise to find some treats (scones, Victoria sponge cake, home made marmelade and some
eggs from Deb's hens) upon our arrival, which was as unexpected as delicious!
The cottage is very well equipped and at a great distance from the coast and the nearest attractions.
Highly recommended for families with kids who want some quiet time in the lovely Cornish countryside!

Just had an amazing stay with fantastic weather. The cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard Debs attention to detail shines throughout, with the kitchen exceptionally well equipped.
It is situated in a lovely quiet setting with lots of outside space and is very close to many beautiful beaches.
Would certainly return. Highly recommended.

I have just returned from a break in Debs cottage. The cottage is situated in a rural position, but near to many beaches. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly want to make your holiday enjoyable. I have stayed in many properties both here and abroad, but I must say this one deserves 5 stars. The eye for detail is incredible.
I hope to return again one day.

We have just got back from a lovely week here. Debs is the most helpful host, such excellent communication before arrival and whilst we were there - offering suggestions for places to go. We arrived to such special touches like fresh eggs, bread, scones and a cake. The cottage is so lovely, so clean, so homely and has everything you could possibly need including games and beach toys. Perfect location too! We will definitely be back again one day.

This is a great cottage! Great location with lots to do nearby. Great cottage for a family of 4. Good communal garden for the kids to run around in and a lovely private area to sit in the evenings. Cottage is well equipped and lovely treats on arrival, would highly recommend

This is a fantastic cottage in a great location; very comfortable and has all you need. It is peaceful and quiet but a short drive to get to Rock or Padstow and many beautiful beaches.

Wonderful 7-night stay in this charming cottage set in a really peaceful and quiet location in the cornish countryside, perfectly located for accessing the local beaches. The cottage which has been lovingly decorated was a great size, had a excellent layout and all amenities were provided that we needed as a family of 4. The master bedroom was beautifully decorated, light and airy with a comfortable bed and fresh bed linen. The children’s bedroom was perfect for 2 young children.
Debs provided excellent communication and was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout as the booking was rescheduled due to Covid. Her welcome pack of cake, scones, eggs and jams was absolutely delightful and provided a wonderful thoughtful touch!
........Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Family holiday !
We stayed for a week at the cottage in July and could not have asked for anymore. It was a perfect base for exploring the local area and the fenced garden was great for our 18 month old baby. The welcome pack on arrival (scones, cake, juice, milk etc) was also really thoughtful and a nice surprise after a long journey. The owner Debs was really helpful before our stay, sending us things to do and other helpful information about the cottage. She installed baby gates in the cottage for us and ensured we had a baby chair & cot bed. She also returned to us in the post our little one's shoes that we left at the cottage by mistake after he must have hid them under the sofa! The cottage is really nicely decorated inside and perfect size for a small family or couples. There are lots of useful beach toys, bbq equipment and other bits that we made use of whilst we stayed. Our little boy especially enjoyed playing with all the toys. It also looks exactly like the pictures on the website! We definitely would love to come back sometime soon!

Perfect in every way !
We had an amazing week at this peaceful cottage. The whole place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed as a family. The outside was perfect for our little one to run around and play safely and where we could see her. Deborah was helpful from start to finish and provided some great hints and tips for our stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Property, Wonderful attention to detail.
This property exceeded expectations. The location is very private but you are in close proximity to Rock where there is a small convenience store and several restaurants aswell as a fantastic beach for a long stroll. After a day of exploring the local area it was a pleasure to come home to a log fire, comfortable bed and cottage that is well equipped for cooking for a family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it felt like a home away from home we would definitely recommend to friends and family. The owner Debs couldn’t have been more helpful both before and during our stay and she really has thought of everything.

A gem of a place near Rock in North Cornwall and a fantastic base to explore everything that this beautiful part of the country has to offer. This was our first visit to Cornwall and we would thoroughly recommend it. The house is tastefully decorated and all done to a very high spec which adds to the pleasure of the holiday. Debs (the owner) is very attentive (in a good way) to making sure you are settled and everything is ok. The welcome pack which is left is spot on - tea, coffee, cakes, scones, clotted cream etc.!!! And, for us, after our long journey, was just perfect. We would definitely recommend this cottage for your holiday in North Cornwall.

Excellent, clean, well equipped cottage in a great location.
The cottage has a single living space at ground floor level but this proved not to be an issue for our family of four and Treglyn was a great base for our week's stay in North Cornwall. Location is very good being just a few miles from Polzeath, Rock and Port Isaac. The cottage is tastefully presented and very well equipped and the provision of outdoor/beach items is a bonus. Communication from the owner regarding our booking from start to finish was exceptional. All-in-all an excellent property. Would we book again at this property? Certainly; without hesitation!
