Treglyn provides a beautiful rural location just a few minutes drive from stunning beaches at Polzeath, Rock and Daymer bay. Enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and learn to surf at Polzeath or wakeboard in the Camel estuary from Rock.

Beaches are clean and have lifeguards, so book a surf lesson, grab a wetsuit and plunge into the water.

Bring your own boat and launch from Rock or hop on one of the Sea Safaris and put out to sea to see seals, puffins and Dolphins. Grab your rod and head out on one of the many fishing trips.

For the more adventurous, try some coasteering, jump from a cliff and swim into caves, or learn to Paddleboard or Kayak : there really is something for all the family. Mountain bikes are available for hire and a lovely sunny afternoon can be spent cycling along the Camel Trail to Padstow.

For the little ones there are miles of safe unspoilt beaches, just waiting for sandcastles to be built!
