AT A GLANCE:

The cottage comfortably sleeps four people, plus a cot in a kingsize bedroom and a generously sized twin bedroom. There is a large walk in shower and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a lovely wood burning stove and patio doors which open out on to beautiful gardens...

The whole cottage has been recently fully refurbished.

• High chair and stair gates. ( sorry no cot due to Safety guidelines- hire can be arranged)

• All electricity provided, including heating and a starter pack for the wood burner.

IN DETAIL:

Living Space

Large open plan design.Seating for 6 people on comfortable sofas overlooking lovely gardens with access via patio doors. Dining table and chairs. Wood burning  stove for those cooler evenings. Full central heating.

Kitchen

Newly fitted, well equipped kitchen with hob, extractor and oven. We provide all kitchen essentials : consumables including washing up liquid, cleaning equipment, tea towels, cloths etc. Coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, food processor, kettle and a large variety of cooking equipment Dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms

For a great nights sleep we have a Kingsize bedroom, with a comfy mattress and blackout blinds. There are reading lights, set of drawers and a wardrobe.

Twin room with new mattresses, hanging rail, drawers and blackout blind.

Bathroom

Large walk in shower with a Mira sport Air for an amazing shower. WC and washbasin. Shaver point, toothbrush charger and airing cupboard.

Children

We are very family friendly and love to have children to stay. We provide  stair gates ( top, bottom or both ends of the stairs) , highchair,  night lights, garden and beach toys and most importantly a safe wide open space to run and play !

Cots and pushchairs are available to hire locally and can be delivered and erected if requested. The hire agreement is arranged privately by the customer.

Gardens

Treglyn has a vast area of well maintained communal gardens. These provide a fantastic safe place for children to play and a great opportunity for that evening game of rounders ! The cottage also has its own privately fenced garden with a picnic table, umbrella, BBQ and pretty flower bed.

We provide an outside tap, lots of beach equipment, buckets, spades, bodyboards and beach chairs

Parking

There is ample off road, safe parking. Why not bring your boat! Easy access at Rock for launching into the beautiful Camel estuary.
